Jetcierge is an advisory. We arrange; we do not operate. These terms make that relationship clear.

Nature of Service

Jetcierge provides travel-advisory and concierge-coordination services. We are not the operator of record for any flight. Charter contracts run directly between you and the certificated Part 135 operator who carries you. We source, advise, and coordinate; the operator flies.

Pricing & Quotes

Quotes we present are estimates and remain non-binding until the operating carrier confirms availability and price in writing. Fuel, positioning, fees, and timing may change a quote until that confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellation of a confirmed charter is governed by the operator's terms and conditions, which we will surface to you before you commit. Jetcierge's own advisory fee is fully refundable up to 24 hours before departure.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the advisory and coordination scope described here. We are not liable for the performance, delay, or conduct of any operator, hotel, ground provider, or third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will reflect any change. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
